Implementation Project for Setting Up a Call Center for Tech Mahindra

Project Objectives

Our primary objective was to establish a comprehensive Call Center, integrating all essential aspects to ensure optimal functionality. The actions taken covered the following areas:

  1. Unified Cabling: A strong network is the foundation of any communication. Unified cabling ensures reliable and fast connectivity for Call Center operations.

  2. Server Rack: A dedicated space to host servers, ensuring maximum system availability to meet the evolving needs of the business.

  3. Network Core: The hub for all communications, optimizing the distribution of data and calls for a seamless experience.

  4. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS): The implementation of a UPS ensures power continuity, preventing any disruption in operations, even during power outages.

  5. Generator Set: For increased security, a generator set has been installed, ensuring uninterrupted power supply.

  6. Access Control: Advanced access control systems have been implemented to secure sensitive areas of the Call Center.

  7. Fire Detection and Suppression: Physical security is a priority. Automatic fire detection and suppression systems have been installed to protect personnel and equipment.
